Steps to Sign a Document

Follow these steps to sign your documents in Conholdate.Drive:

  1. Navigate to the Signatures section of the Conholdate.Drive app.

  1. Click on the round + button above the table and choose a document:
    • Select a previously uploaded file, or
    • Upload a new file directly from the opened dialog.
    • Click Next button.
  2. Choose who will sign the document:
    • Select “Sign myself” if you need to sign it yourself.
    • Enter one or more email addresses of other signees.
    • Alternatively, select an existing contact from the auto-complete list.

  1. Click Add button to proceed.
  2. If you selected “Sign myself”, open the document in the signing dialog:
    • Click the signature button to open the Signature app.
    • Add your signature directly into the document.

  1. If you added other signees’ emails, invitations will be automatically sent to them with a secure link to sign the document.

Once the signing process is complete, the signed document will be available in the Signatures section files list for downloading, viewing, sharing, or further use.
